Having made his career within the ever-evolving ranks of the paper industry, Wayne Beale knew that the need for hands-on, flexible customer service remained unchanged. In 2007, he started a small, independent distribution company without the administrative red tape of the big name competitors. His goal was to create a business culture based on a partnership with his clients.
